3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Creator Ownership: You retain full ownership of your personal stories, narratives, likeness, voice, and any original content you provide to us ("User Content").
3.2 Limited License: You grant Breaking Barriers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use the resulting recorded or produced media ("Produced Content") for promotional and distribution purposes.
3.3 Company Intellectual Property: The Website, branding, and all templates or methodologies provided by the Company are owned by Breaking Barriers.

4. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Fees for services are disclosed at the time of booking. All payments are due in accordance with the terms specified during the checkout or invoicing process.

5.1 No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a specific number of viewers or revenue increases.
5.2 Media Outlet Discretion: For press release services, the final decision to publish rests solely with the third-party media outlets.
